The process in quick and simple, and takes up very little of your time. This is how it works:

Step 1 - When you call, we’ll book an appointment in the diary for an initial on-site appointment with one of our Energy Consultants. This initial appointment will take no longer than 1 hour.

Step 2 - After the initial appointment we will book a convenient time to return to complete your energy reduction consultation. This survey is completely FREE. If it is small job, our Energy Consultant may be able to do it straight away.

Step 3 - During the energy reduction survey, our Energy Consultant will look at:

          - How many & what type of light fittings you have currently
          - How long they are lit per day
          - What the dimensions are of the room they are lighting
          - What the light is illuminating and how much light is ideally required to do this
          - The type of activity in the area
          - Your current energy tariff & rate
          - Your current energy consumption

Step 4 - Within 7-14 days (depending upon the size of the products) our Energy Consultant will return with two detailed documents:

          The survey      
A detailed report which includes current lighting situation and energy consumption, our suggested low-energy lighting solution which identifies all areas where it is economically practical to save energy, full project quotation including fittings list and installation cost, projected energy usage and therefore a pay-back period for the initial investment based on these calculations.

          The drawings
These are detailed drawing which show which low energy lights will be fitted where and include a Relux® light simulation which demonstrates the effect the new lighting will have on the immediate environment.

Step 5 - Once we get the go ahead from you, we will book the installation for a time which is convenient for you. We can arrange installations over weekends, bank-holidays, factory shut-down, evenings and school holidays to ensure minimum disruption in the work place. We supply all the fittings and ancillaries and take away all removed products for recycling or disposal in an eco-friendly manner.
